Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Development Coordination
• Assist in master planning, development scheduling, phasing strategy, and overall project coordination.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, submissions, approvals, and consultant deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, quantity surveyors, and relevant consultants throughout design and execution stages.
• Support management in ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of timeline, cost, quality, and market positioning.
• Prepare project status reports, planning updates, meeting minutes, and management presentations.
Product Planning & Commercial Translation
• Review layouts, unit mix, specifications, facilities, and design features from both planning and market perspectives.
• Translate technical drawings, project specifications, and development details into clear and commercially relevant materials for internal sales and marketing teams.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure brochures, sales kits, models, presentations, and promotional content accurately reflect project intent and specifications.
• Assist in developing selling points, product positioning, and customer-facing information based on project features.
• Ensure consistency between approved plans, product specifications, and market communication materials.
Authority & Submission Coordination
• Coordinate planning submissions, approvals, and statutory matters with relevant authorities and agencies.
• Track approval timelines and follow up with consultants on required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with planning guidelines and development requirements.
Construction & Execution Support
• Coordinate with project and site teams to monitor implementation progress against approved plans.
• Assist in resolving planning or design coordination issues during construction stages.
• Manage changes to layouts, specifications, or project details and communicate impacts internally.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years relevant experience in property development, planning, project coordination, or consultancy.
• Experience in mixed development / integrated developments preferred.
• Strong understanding of development planning processes, design coordination, and construction workflow in Malaysia.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly selling points.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD / project scheduling software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
