Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollment and enhance brand awareness in the education sector.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to attract prospective students.

Sales Leadership: Oversee the admissions team, setting performance targets and providing training and support to ensure successful enrollment conversions.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote programs and initiatives.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement.

Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional videos.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
