Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase enrollment and enhance brand awareness in the education sector.

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to attract prospective students.

  • Sales Leadership: Oversee the admissions team, setting performance targets and providing training and support to ensure successful enrollment conversions.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote programs and initiatives.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional videos.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

Student Counsellor

Job Descriptions: 

  • Student Recruitment: To support the marketing department in achieving a target set by the management of enrolling new students in academic programs.To ensure students receive accurate information.
  • Sales and Marketing Activities: To lead and organize both offline and online activities, both internal and external, aimed at reaching out to prospective students
  • Problem Resolution:Refined the concerns among the students which have been escalated along with providing support with their concerning matters for their satisfaction as well for the enhancement of the outcome

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pegawai Penilai (Pengurusan Pejabat, Civil & Structural Supervisor, Computer Network & Services, Digital Graphic Design)

Tanggungjawab Tugas:

  • Merangka prosedur latihan dan penilaian latihan bersama PPD
  • Menjelaskan kepada calon tentang objektif, keperluan latihan dan penilian keterampilan berdasarkan NOSS terkini
  • Mengajar dan menilai pelatih untuk sebahagian atau semua CU dengan kebolehpercayaan, telus dan sahih
  • Membimbing calon dalam penyedian rekod bukti keterampilan
  • Memantau perkembangan prestasi dan membimbing  pelatih pada setiap keterampilan
  • Melaksana keperluan pendaftaran dan persijilan melalui sistem yang ditetapkan

Kelayakan

  • Warganegara Malaysia
  • Berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 tahun.
  • Berkhidmat di satu PB sahaja.
  • Lulus Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PPB
  • Memiliki DKM dalam Program yang berkaitan pada satu tahap yang lebih tinggi atau tertinggi untuk mengendalikan penilaian program Pengurusan Pejabat bagi program tahap 2 dan tahap 3.
  • Memiliki mana-mana kelayakan kemahiran berkaitan yang diluluskan oleh KPPK dengan sekurang-kurangnya tiga tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan
  • Memiliki Sijik Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) dalam Program Pegawai Latihan Vokasional (1-031-3)

Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (Culinary Arts, Digital Graphic Design, Computer Network & Services, Civil & Structural Supervisor)

Tanggungjawab Tugas

  • Mengurus, memantau dan mengawalselia pelaksanaan latihan kemahiran di dalam kelompok sektor kemahirannya
  • Merangka prosedur dan dokumen pelaksanaan latihan kemahiran di PB
  • Mengawal dan memantau sistem jaminan mutu latihan dan penilaian dalam mengikut kehendak NOSS terkini
  • Memastikan penilaian dijalankan secara seragam dan sempurna mengikut kehendak NOSS dan apa-apa peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh JPK

Kelayakan

  • Warganegara Malaysia
  • Berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 tahun.
  • Berkhidmat di satu PB sahaja.
  • Lulus Kursus Induksi PP/PPD/PP
