Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Computer Literate (Word & Excel).
  • 5 years experience in Road Maintenance.

Job Description :

  • Identifying potential problems and delay at the site, and report regularly to the supervisors on the progress of works.
  • Filing of all relevant forms, documents, reports, correspondence, and records in accordance to the contract requirement.
  • Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project
  • Supervise and enforce site quality control
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety

3.  Preferably with minimum 5 years experience in road Maintenance in handling road roller or roller compactor (Kelebihan sekiranya mempunyai pengalaman bekerja sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) tahun dalam bidang pembaikan jalanraya dan mengendalikan jentera berat road roller / roller compactor)

Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

1. Conduct road inspections for state roads under the JKR Contract

2. Prepare daily reports regarding the road defects detected during the daily inspection

3. To arrange with the foreman on the repair of potholes and other road defects

4. To attend to emergency cases and provide remedial actions at the site

5. To liaise with the JKR and public on public complaints and other arising matters

 

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  1. To do checking for budget bill, calculation error, typing error, preliminaries computation and setting out.
  2. To do the interim claim & final claim checking and calculation of quantities.
  3. To prepare the final claim on measurement procedures.
  4. To prepare statement of final account with all supporting documents.
  5. To do detailed measurement and rate computation as required
  6. To compile contractor claims for items description, computation and photos.

Job Description :

  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting for the Group of Companies.
  • Preparation of Tax Computation, SST and other tax regulatory submissions.
