Security Officer

Requirements:

  1. Possessed at least SPM/STPM.
  2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the security hotel industry.
  3. Physically and medically fit with no criminal record.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Able to do investigation and submission of good report and findings.

Account Executive ( 1 Position )

Responsiblities : 

  • Able to do Cashier & Credit Card Report. 
  • Issue Reminder for Outstanding Invoice to the Debtors.  
  • To do Invoice & Payment Posting. 

Requirements : 

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or equivalent. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 
  • Knowledge in using Innkeeper is an Advantage.

Property Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Attend Project Meetings and Working with external stakeholders to determine and overcome Regulatory Requirements, Project Management Requirements, etc.
  • To Faciliate and Manage Handover process for the Company.
  • Report and Escalate Critical Issues and Significant Project Discrepancies to Management.

Requirements : 

  • Degree / Master or equivalent.     
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in industry.
